Lobster Mini Season

I took a break from fishing to do some lobster diving during the mini season. We caught a bunch of lobsters from some of the same spots that I like to fish. It's neat to see the fish and how they feed. One cool site was watching a giant flounder come off the bottom right next to me and eat a fish about 3 feet over his head. He went from totally concealed on the bottom to gulping a meal and back to concealed in a flash! I tried to shoot him but he made me and scurried off. Here's a few pics:

Here's a close-up of a slipper lobster laying next to a spiny lobster. Kinda ugly but gorgeous colors. He is a master of camaflouge on the reef. The spiny lobster fends off predators using his long barbed antennae.
